Pimm’s ist wohl fast so englisch wie die Queen. Jeden Monat gibt’s bei uns neue kleien Überraschungen für unsere Stammgäste. Im Monat Juli war es “Pimm’s”. Da kam in mir als Kontinentaleuropäer die Frage auf: “was ist das?”.
Pimm’s ist ein alkoholische Getränk aus Gin und einer geheimen Gewürtzmischung. Es wurde um 1840 durch James Pimm, dem Besitzer der Oyster Bar in London erfunden.
